libdispatch0 software package provides user space implementation of the Grand Central Dispatch API, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdispatch0
libdispatch0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdispatch0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdispatch0 *
You will get with libdispatch0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
